Purpose: The Anna Sobol Levy Fellowship helps fund the education of future U.S. military officers and diplomatic personnel at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem to further their experiences with foreign affairs. The fellowship assists American students in attending the Rothberg International School of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as M.A. degree candidates or as visiting students in the Division of Graduate Studies.
