**** AWARD Award Type: Fellowship Annual # of awards: up to 600 (for postdoctoral and experienced researchers together) Duration: 6 to 24 months Purpose: Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers enables researchers from abroad with above average qualifications, at the beginning of their academic career, who only completed their doctorate in the last four years, to carry out a long-term research project in cooperation with an academic host at a research institution in Germany.
