**** AWARD Award Type: Grant Annual # of awards: 1 Duration: Academic Year Purpose: Upperclassmen (juniors and seniors), graduate and postgraduate students in any field of study related to Russia and/or Central Asia may apply. The applicant must have a GPA above 3.2 and must be enrolled in an academic program based in North America or the European Union when applying. The applicant must also apply for an SRAS educational program (RSL, FSA, or DE) to be eligible. SRAS will also assist the student in gaining housing, access to archives and libraries and in locating experts and materials in Russia.
