**** AWARD Award Type: Scholarship Duration: Fall or spring semester Date Effective: Folling Purpose: The scholarship allows students from a college or university other than NYU who are pursuing a major or minor in Italian Studies or related field and who plan to enroll in at least two content courses conducted in Italian at NYU in Florence and live in either a homestay or Italian language housing option to receive financial assistance in the form of a $2,000 tuition credit. Students must have an intermediate or advanced level of Italian language skills and participate in the immersion program which includes trips and activities.
