**** AWARD Award Type: Scholarship Duration: Fall or spring semester Date Effective: Rolling Purpose: The scholarship allows students from a college or university other than NYU who are pursuing a major or minor in East Asian Studies, Chinese or related field and who plan to enroll in a Chinese language course at the intermediate level or above at NYU in Shanghai to receive financial assistance in the form of a $2,000 tuition credit.
