**** AWARD Award Type: Scholarship Annual # of awards: 10 Duration: 1 full year up to full length of course Date Effective: 15/12/2006 Purpose: We have 5 half and 5 full scholarships to be awarded upon assessment of audition (audition tapes are accepted for international students). Awards are determined on the basis of talent as well as other factors such as previous experience, references etc.

**** LOCATION Country: Australia Fields of Study: Music history Emphasis On: Performance, Conducting, Composition, pedagogy (teaching) are available as majors. Major study areas also include Music technology, management, theatre, production and audio engineering. **** FINANCIAL DATA INFORMATION Average Amount per Award: $7,500 AUD Award Includes: tuition **** APPLICATION INFORMATION Deadline: January 31 2007 Notification Date: within a week of recieving audition tape Procedure: Step 1 Complete an Application Form (together with Refund Agreement) for entry into AICM. Please complete the form and send back to AICM, including submission of the following items: 1) A certified audition tape (CD, DVD, VCD, cassette, video) 2) Proof of competence in English (IELTS 6.0 / 6.5 for Post graduate, or equivalent) 3) Overseas student audition fee ($AU250.00) 4) Application lodgement fee (AU$250.00) Step 2 Once your audition tape is passed and all admission requirements are met, an Offer of Enrolment will be issued to you. Step 3 To accept the offer, an Acceptance slip will need to be completed and returned to AICM. Tuition fees must also be paid for one full year in advance.
